Defining the Project Purpose

  1. Understand Stakeholder Needs:
    • Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, end-users, sponsors, and team members, to understand their needs, expectations, and motivations for the project.
  2. Identify Business Goals:
    • Determine the business goals or objectives that the project aims to achieve. These could include improving efficiency, enhancing customer experience, increasing revenue, or addressing a specific challenge.
  3. Conduct a Needs Assessment:
    • Evaluate the current state of affairs within the organization or the problem you’re aiming to solve. Identify any gaps, pain points, or opportunities that the project can address.
  4. Align with Strategic Objectives:

  5. Clarify Deliverables:
